All products available on this website are sold by North London Collegiate School.

Allwag Promotions Ltd provides ecommerce hosting, order processing, warehousing and fulfilment services on behalf of North London Collegiate School. Allwag Promotions Ltd is not the seller and is not a party to the contract of sale between you and North London Collegiate School.

2. Contract of Sale

When you place an order through this website, you are entering into a contract with North London Collegiate School.

All orders are subject to acceptance by North London Collegiate School. A contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email.

3. Products

We take reasonable care to ensure that all product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate.

However:

  • Colours and finishes may vary slightly from images shown

  • Product availability is subject to stock and supply

Where delivery is requested outside the United Kingdom, additional duties, taxes or import charges may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

6. International Orders (Including EU)

Where orders are delivered to customers outside the UK, including within the European Union:

  • The sale remains between the customer and North London Collegiate School

  • Local consumer rights may apply depending on your country of residence

  • Delivery partners may be used to complete fulfilment internationally

7. Returns & Refunds

If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights to cancel or return your order depending on your location.

For UK and EU consumers:

  • You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods (unless exempt, e.g. personalised items or made-to-order products)

  • Goods must be returned unused and in original condition

  • To initiate a return, please contact the North London Collegiate School Online Shop team (see Section 12)

Refunds will be processed by North London Collegiate School once returned goods are received and inspected.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

We will arrange:

  • A refund where appropriate
